- Ensuring all employment is voluntary, with clear terms and conditions, and providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
- Conducting ethical recruitment practices and ensuring employees understand their rights.
We also expect our suppliers and business partners to uphold these high standards and proactively address modern slavery risks. To support this, we:
- Clearly communicate our expectations at the start of and throughout our partnerships.
- Identify and mitigate modern slavery risks in our supply chains.
- Collaborate with partners to address issues and conduct due diligence or audits as required.
We provide training to our team to identify and address modern slavery risks and encourage anyone to report concerns through their managed.
Any instance of modern slavery will be addressed promptly, with actions taken to protect those impacted.
